Saddhamma Foundation

Saddhamma Foundation was formed in 1990 by a group of Buddhist meditators and devotees of the Venerable Sayadaw U Pandita. The foundation's mission is to propagate Theravada Buddhism and to encourage the practice of intensive Vipassanā meditation according to the method taught by the late Venerable Mahāsi Sayadaw. Also, we support Sayadaw U Pandita's legacy by providing information, helping to create opportunities for intensive meditation practice with highly qualified teachers, and aiding in the development and maintenance of retreat and monastic study centers in Myanmar.
